- Check-in and Check-out Time
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm; check-out time is before 11:00 am.
- Registration
In accordance with local regulations, valid identification is required upon check-in for registration purposes.
- Reservation and Deposit
A valid credit card or bank transfer is required to guarantee your reservation.
Upon check-in, a deposit by cash or credit card pre-authorization is required to cover room charges and incidental expenses.
- Occupancy Policy
Each room accommodates a maximum of three guests (2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old),
or one extra bed may be added for an additional adult (extra charges apply).
- Minor Policy
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted.
- Bedding Arrangement
Some double rooms feature combined twin beds, professionally arranged using specialized bedding equipment to enhance overall sleeping comfort.
- Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed, except for certified service animals such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and assistance dogs.
- Parking
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces cannot be reserved, and the hotel assumes no liability.
Complimentary parking is available until 2:00 pm on the day of check-out.
- Breakfast Policy
Ages 0–5: Free of charge
Ages 6–11: Half price
Ages 12 and above: Charged as adult
- Non-Smoking Policy
In accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
A cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged for smoking in the guest room.
- Do Not Disturb Policy
If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is activated, hotel staff may still enter the room when necessary due to safety or emergency reasons.
- Lost and Found
Lost items will be kept for six months in accordance with regulations.
Perishable items will not be stored and will be disposed of on the same day.
- Late Check-out
If check-out is not completed on time, the hotel reserves the right to enter the room for cleaning and recovery within a reasonable period.
- Right of Admission Reserved
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation.
In cases of intoxication, disruptive behavior, excessive noise, parties in guest rooms, or harassment toward other guests or staff, the hotel may refuse or terminate the stay without refund.

예약 시 유효한 신용카드 정보 또는 계좌이체가 필요합니다.
체크인 시 숙박 요금 및 부대 이용 요금을 보증하기 위해 현금 또는 신용카드 사전 승인 방식의 보증이 요구됩니다.
- 투숙 인원 규정
객실당 최대 3인(성인 2명 + 12세 미만 아동 1명)까지 이용 가능합니다.
또는 추가 요금으로 엑스트라 베드 1개를 설치하여 성인 1명 추가 투숙이 가능합니다.
- 미성년자 투숙 규정
만 18세 미만 고객은 반드시 만 18세 이상의 보호자와 동반해야 하며,
미성년자 단독 투숙은 불가합니다.
- 침대 구성 안내
일부 더블룸은 트윈 베드를 결합한 형태로 구성되어 있으며, 전문적인 침구 장비를 활용하여 세팅함으로써 더욱 편안한 수면 환경을 제공합니다。
- 반려동물 정책
안내견, 청각보조견, 장애인 보조견 등 서비스 동물을 제외하고는 반려동물 동반이 불가합니다.
- 주차 안내
주차장은 선착순 이용이며 사전 예약은 불가합니다. 또한 차량 보관에 대한 책임은 지지 않습니다.
투숙객은 체크아웃 당일 오후 2:00까지 무료 주차가 가능합니다.
- 조식 요금
0~5세: 무료
6~11세: 반값
12세 이상: 성인 요금 적용
- 금연 정책
관련 법규에 따라 실내 전 구역 금연입니다.
객실 내 흡연 시 NT$6,000의 청소 비용이 부과됩니다.
- Do Not Disturb 정책
객실에 “Do Not Disturb” 표시가 있는 경우에도, 안전 또는 긴급 상황 시 직원이 객실에 출입할 수 있습니다.
- 분실물 보관
분실물은 규정에 따라 6개월간 보관됩니다.
부패하기 쉬운 물품은 당일 폐기됩니다.
- 체크아웃 지연
정해진 시간 내 체크아웃이 완료되지 않을 경우, 호텔은 합리적인 범위 내에서 객실 정리를 진행할 수 있습니다.
- 숙박 거부 권리
호텔은 숙박을 거부할 권리를 보유합니다.
과도한 음주, 소란, 객실 내 파티, 타 고객 또는 직원에 대한 괴롭힘 등의 행위 발생 시 숙박이 거부되거나 중단될 수 있으며, 환불은 불가합니다.
