N°168 PRIME (Dunhua) is the newest addition to the gourmet portfolioof Grand Victoria Hotel. Located in central Taipei on the top floor of SOGO department store, the restaurant features Art Deco design theme with neo classic elements making it one of the most fashionable and stylish placed to be. Similar to the steakhouse in the hotel, there is an open kitchen where beef and other meats are grilled to perfection right in front of our guests. All our meats are individually picked by our chefs and later aged in our aging room which is displayed to our guests. They will only be portioned once they are reached the right tenderness and ready for serving. We continue to have our beef grilled and oaked with the renowned Beech Oven.
